For sewing 1–50 kg bags and sacks

The SM PN sealing machine is for sewing paper, net, plastic and jute bags with filled weights of 1-50 kg. Its bottom conveyor is continuously adjustable to take account of different bag heights.
The feed system’s drive unit guarantees correct sealing.
The sealing unit itself consists of a specially constructed sewing machine that is easily accessible for rethreading and maintenance purposes. Its design makes for short thread ends and low consumption of thread, thanks to its electrical coupling/brake unit. Threads are cut by a photocell-controlled thread cutter.
By supplementing the sealing machine with a feed conveyor, sack
pusher and sack conveyor, a complete sealing line can be created.
